Prestige of Zionist terrorism

I mean, who talks about the prestige of a ministry? I never read in the US press that the State Department has "prestige". Notice that language that they bestow on Israel:  "Israel’s Foreign Ministry has already lost some prestige in recent years, with the country’s most strategic and delicate relationships often being handled at least in part by other offices."
