Al-Akhdar Al-Ibrahimi

I have always said: this man was a puppet of Saudi Arabia during the Lebanese civil war and he never had one contributions in his long years of mediation. Not one.  In fact, we used to joke that the war only got more intense when he arrived. After his move to the US, he became a mere puppet of the US administration--any administration. He was sent to Afghanistan to try to clean up after Bush, but failed as usual (name me one successful mission of this failure of a diplomat). Yesterday, he lauded the Syrian National Coalition because--he said--they made a major compromise by agreeing to the transitional government. Excuse me? Was this transitional government not the demand of the Coalition? This is like saying that Bashshar made a serious compromise by agreeing to run for a 3rd term.
