So the UN officials who run the Za`tari camp (at the orders of the US government) has a new humanitarian gestures. They now have awarded the Syrian refugees coupons (because the White Man does not trust the natives with cash because they are--like children--incapable of handling cash payments) for what amounts to $26 per month per refugees. That is less than $1 per day. Would you not want to put the UN officials who run the camp on a diet of less than a dollar per day? The second outrage is the issue of funding: those in Europe and the US and GCC who are showering the armed groups in Syria with all sorts of weapons and "non-lethal" aid can't afford to give the refugees more? I really feel sorry for the Syrian people (on both sides of the conflict) who think that the outside world (whether US and its allies or Russia and its allies) really care about their plight.
