Muhammad Dahlan is back

Quietly, Muhammad Dahlan has returned to the scene.  He is now the official liaison person between Muhammad bin Zayid (the actual ruler of UAE) and the Sisi dictatorship.  He was just in Egypt the other day and met with Sisi himself.  He is coordinating the Egyptian-Israeli war on Gaza, and hopes to return with Egyptian help back to Gaza.
