Computer problems

How could a brand new computer fuck up?  I bought a new HP computer two months ago, and it fucked up. I went to the store, and replaced with the same model (because it is the only one with the big screen that I wanted).  This second computer is fucking up worse than the first one.  I am so frustrated and would have taken the case to the International Criminal Court but I realized that they only take cases against black Africans.
