The dishonesty and sneakiness of Foreign Policy site

All day today, the headline of this article was "Did Bashshar kill Arafat" or words to that effect.  Yet, the article does not talk about that at all.  The editors of Foreign Policy just wanted to exonerate Israel so they inserted the headline in order to shift the blame.  Now the article has a new headline, suddenly.  You can still find the previous headline cashed. (I really don't know what cached means, but what the hell.  It seems suitable).
