From Kevin:  "I have a high school classmate who is now an assistant dean of admissions at Davidson College and I messaged him that you were looking for more information on the book. He said that he will contact the Arab Studies Department on campus and they will get back to me. In the meantime, I discovered this entry in their library catalog that mentions that the Bible is in the Davidson rare book collection."
