Why he left communism

This is very touching so please have the Kleenex box ready.  Yassin Hajj Saleh tells Le Monde that he abandoned communism because he loves "freedom and justice" and because communism is opposed to "culture".  I kid you not.  He said that NATOism is more consistent with his beliefs. (thanks Ahmad)
