US puppets

Take it as a rule: the US does not select its puppets unless they are very dumb.  Here, is Gen. Salim Idris insisting that he has "proofs" (I am sure that he is willing to provide to Human Rights Watch, which take every utterance of this man as sacred) that Putin and Lavrov were both bribed by Rami Makhluf (the corrupt cousin of Bashshar).
