This just in about Gen. Salim Idriss

As you know Gen. Salim Idriss (whose hair gets darker by the day) signs all his decrees thus: Gen. Dr. Engineer Salim Idriss.  I am not making this up.  But recently, with so much free time on his hands, he has completed his medical studies. So please from now on only refer to him as Gen. Dr. Physician Engineer Salim Idriss.  And since he likes a good falafil, please add the title chef as well.  What is it about the US and the West in general that they have a knack for selecting buffoons as their reliable puppets.
