refugees who attest to chemical weapons use in Syria

An NGO type who work with Syrian refugees in the Middle East sent me this (I am citing in part): "Everyone is lying. I take journalists to [a Syrian refugee camp in the region] sometimes and they ask refugees to confirm if they have themselves seen such and such atrocity or massacre. Refugees say they did but what they often mean is that they saw the YouTube video. The journalist publishes that this was confirmed by a number of refugees they talked to."
