From a protester who was there: "Reference your post about the Syrian white house protest, I was present
during my lunch hour. There was a picture of Bashshar on the Syrian flag, the
Zionist protester was not protesting against them, but she was there by
coincidence. I see her over there at least two or three times a week. I also
saw two or three Syrians arguing with the Zionist protester and one of the
Syrians was holding the Syrian flag, so I can see the misinterpretation. There
was no Hizbullah flag present, a separate protester sitting on the curb was
holding a US flag along with a large yellow flag (may be a Veteran) but it was
not Hizbullah's/ One protester was holding a Russian flag however. One Syrian woman asked me if I was an Arab and I said yes I am and she said
to me "Allah Minkon Ya Arab, Allah Minkon" I said why do you say that, I love
you guys. I left at that point as I did not want to become the subject of
their anger.
Few guys did the Syrian Sa7jeh, singing Allah Soriya Bashshar wa Bass, the
women who yelled at me "corrected" them Allah Soreya Alghaysh wa bass."
PS Another witness told me that the yellow flag was the flag that is raised by Tea Party supporters.
