I followed Max Fisher of the Washington Post on Twitter, having been annoyed by his silly and useless guides to Syrian conflict in the Washington Post. It is worse than I thought: he is a caricature of Thomas Friedman (and the latter is a caricature of himself, always). A man with no wit or humor is joking non-stop. It is grating, notwithstanding the uninsightful political observations. Worse, he has the audacity to accuse war opponents in the Middle East and the West of lack of sympathy and compassion for the Syrian people. Yeah, this is what I lived to witness: a Western Zionist wanting to teach Syrians and Arabs how to love of the Syrian people. Woe to this day.
