Life in Public Administration

There is probably one book on public administration that is not boring. It is Saudi writer, Ghazi Al-Qusaybi's "Life in [Public] Administration".  But the book also reveals the extent to which every person in public office in Saudi Arabia can't move and cant rise without a sponsoring Saudi prince. But we knew that all along.
