How the New York Times covers up for the Fee Syrian Army's command

The New York Times today reported the comments of Gen. Salim Idriss when he pledged to help the mission of the inspectors: "Asked whether rebels would aid the inspectors, General Idris, the Western-backed rebel military commander, called the issue “complicated,” saying, “If investigators come, we will facilitate the mission.”"  But the paper failed to report that another member of the same Military Council, Qasim Sa`d Ad-Din, promised the reverse (that they would NOT protect the inspectors) and said that the Kerry-Lavrov agreement can go to hell.
