Fee Syrian Army infighting

Since the US media don't bother to report about infighting within the command of the Fee Syrian Army, I should.  One commander of the Fee Syrian Army (and they have a commander for every street), Fahd Al-Masri, called on all foreign fighters to leave Syria.  But your favorite general, who goes by the title [sic] Gen. Dr. Engineer, Salim Idriss, contradicted him and said that the Fee Syrian Army command did not call for such a thing.
