external operations of the Quds Force

Somebody has to write something about this: it has become quite fishy.  I mean, do we know of any external operations by the Quds Force outside of Iraq?  And if the Quds Force is such a formidable military organization as Western media keep saying, why are all their operations in the West so dumb and why do their operatives always get caught?  This is worse than Captain Clouseau, for potato's sake?  And do you notice that Quds Force (whether in the case of the plot on the Saudi ambassador in DC) always recruit totally inexperienced idiots who spill the beans at the drop of a hat?  And of course the notion that the guy was arrested right before Netanyahu's speech is a pure coincidence.  And this Iranian guy as he was sneaking into Israel with a false name, he was unaware that people who look Middle Easterners are subjected to extra scrutiny?   This is like a Palestinian group sending an operative on a flight to Israel by changing his name from Mahmud Batata to Ben Goldstein, and not suspecting that the Israeli terrorist security force would suspect the man.  "He was recruited by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and handled by the Quds Force, a special operations unit, which is responsible for carrying out attacks against Israel and its interests abroad, according to the statement. It added that the man supplied Israel with information about his handlers and told his Shin Bet interrogators that he had been promised $1 million for his efforts. The Israeli authorities released several photographs they said had been found in his possession, including two of the American Embassy."  I mean, the dumb Mossad team in Dubai is less clumsy.
