The new prime minister of Egypt

So the new prime minister of Egypt (appointed by the Sisi junta) thinks that support for social programs of the poor is a fundamentally wrong-headed policy.  No wonder, Western governments ruled that the coup was not a coup.  Let the leftists and Nasserists among the coup groupies celebrate.
