Human Rights Watch--the Hariri branch in Beirut

Human Rights Watch in Beirut issued a strongly worded report about the clashes in Abra, near Sidon.  I, as you know, never miss an opportunity to attack and discredit the Lebanese Army.  I agree that the Lebanese Army should be investigated for violations of human rights in Sidon.  It is true that a Palestinian detainee died from torture in the dungeons of the Ministry of Defense in Lebanon.  But the report said NOT ONE WORD about violations of human rights of citizens in Sidon by the goons of Shaykh Al-Asir?  I also remember that Human Rights Watch did not to my knowledge call for an investigation of the shooting at Mar Mikha'il of supporters of Hizbullah by the same Lebanese Army.  Hariri press office did not issue orders that time?
