Brigade 313-Special Missions

Western media did not bother report that Fee Syrian Army at one point claimed responsibility for the car bomb on civilians in the southern suburbs of Beirut before retracting, as usual.  But there is a Syrian armed group, Brigade 313-Special Missions, which claimed responsibility for the car bomb.  Notice that not a single Western government rushed to ban the organization as a terrorist organization.  If the victims were Westerners it would have been a whole different story and law.
