The Abu Khalil family joins in the racism against Syrian refugees in Lebanon?

This is from the municipality of the village of Qulaylah east of Tyre in South Lebanon (and which is predominated and dominated by the Abu Khalil family).  It shows an official order imposing a curfew on Syrian refugees.

PS And the Mayor is a relative from the Abu Khalil family.  And the statement above even threatens "danger and insults" for those who disobey the order.
