The hue and cry in the Western media and government circles about an imminent massacre in Qusayr has ended just like that.  There is no follow-up to the story of the 60,000 (double the actual population of Qusayr in peaceful time) civilians under siege.  In fact, there is no coverage in the Western press about the agreement between Hizbullah and the armed groups in Qusayr brokered by shifty Lebanese politician, Walid Jumblat.  Here, As-Safir reports that Hizbullah transferred some fighters from Qusayr.
