Who decides who gets journalism, literature, and arts awards in the Arab world? The man to the right.

Every year, Sheikh Mo (seen to the right) awards people in the Arab world in the various fields of arts, literature, and journalism.  He and his fellow polygamous oil and gas princes are the arbiters of standards in the Arab culture.  Here, he gives the award for best columnist to a writer in the mouthpiece of Prince Khalid bin Sultan, Al-Hayat.
