Fee Syrian Army

I know that nothing that comes out of the Fee Syrian Army buffoons-in-uniforms can be taken seriously, and I know that the Army has only proven its abilities in the art of "tactical withdrawals" but whatever happened to the 24 hours ultimatum issued by none other by US-favored Gen. Idriss?  You know that it expired.
