Bahrain update

From Bahrain correspondent: " Some great news! Ali Abdelemam who went missing during the mass arrests in february/march 2011 has managed to escape Bahrain and has now been granted asylum in England. He was in hiding for the past few years and is our Khalid Saeed. He was the founder of Bahrain Online, an online political forum. It became so popular that even ministers would go on the sight to get their news. He was jailed in 2010 during a government crackdown and then was released shortly after the protests began while the regime was negotiating with the opposition. when the crackdown began and the saudis came in, he became one of the regime's primary targets. He went into hiding (many people thought he was kidnapped or dead) and now he has finally surfaced!
