Anne Barnard on Israeli restraint

"Both Hezbollah and Israel have tended to act with restraint along the border since their war in 2006."  Restraint along the border? Israel violates Lebanon's territory or airspace or national waters almost daily.  If that is restraint, then Anne Barnard is an objective journalist who knows what she is talking about.
