The second Boston bombing suspect

US media--for those who are outside of the US--never if ever blame or criticize the US military or the US police. They are treated with the same reverence that Arab media treat the secret police of the rulers.  Just now I heard on Fox News:  They were talking about the amazing escape of the second suspect from the police after a big police chase. Fox News anchor added immediately: but it is not the fault of the police that he escaped.  Whose fault is it then, genius? There was a heavy police presence and a long car chase and then the man escaped.  Whose fault is it then? Who is responsible?  Should not there be an investigation to find out how and why that happened?
