UN Tents for Syrian refugees

I asked a UN source about the fire in the camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan.  She wrote me this: (I cite with her permission):  "These unhcr tents catch a fire in every single emergency. There were complaints about the fabric and they never change it. Remember when their warehouse in beirut was damaged by a fire during the July war? There were all sorts of conspiracies about the incident back then. "
