Syrian rebel hostage takers

Even when Syrian rebels kidnap, Western media manage to put a positive spin on their kidnapping.  Look at the headline and story in the Times: it is not about how those armed thugs kidnapped the peace keepers, it is about how the rebels plan to release them.  They make the act looks humane.  And if the kidnapping was perpetrated by Shabbihah of the regime, the UN Security Council would have met in an emergency session to condemn the act.
