So what causes terrorism in the Middle East? Arab Interior Ministers answer

Of all the Arab official meetings, I follow most closely the meeting of Arab Interior Ministers.  They really are the most important of them all.  In the last meeting the other day, they issued a statement in which they blamed terrorism on "lack of control of media and proliferation of social media".  I kid you not.
