Syrian Observatory for Human Rights

The other day, Syrian armed groups kidnapped Shi`ite Syrians from Kafrayya and Fu'a.  When asked about the matter, the director of the observatory said: we are not sure about the motives of the kidnappers.  Humanitarian, I am sure. They kidnapped them just to feed them and clothe them, I am sure.
