Nuclear-armed chutzpah

From Amir:
""U.S. President Barack Obama said a nuclear test by North Korea was a "highly provocative act" that hurt regional stability, calling Pyongyang's nuclear program a threat to the United States, its allies, and to international security."

"British Foreign Secretary William Hague "strongly" condemned the North Korean nuclear test on Tuesday and said Britain would press for a robust response to the test by the United Nations Security Council."

" "France demands again that North Korea conform without delay to its international obligations and begin a complete, verifiable and irreversible dismantlement of its nuclear and ballistic program," Hollande said in a statement. He said North Korea must refrain from any further action that could increase tensions in the region."

"Reports of a nuclear test by North Korea were a matter of deep concern, India's foreign ministry said on Tuesday, saying such actions violated international commitments and had an adverse impact on peace and stability in the region." [India has conducted six nuclear weapon tests since 1974]
