New York Times: Syria versus Bahrain

Notice how Western media go out of their way in covering Bahrain to represent the repressive government's point of view:  "Maj. Gen. Tariq Hassan al-Hassan, Bahrain’s chief of public security, acknowledged the death of a “rioter” in a statement that blamed protesters for “several incidents of violent attacks on police officers, attacks on citizens, destruction of property and blocking of roads.”"
