Morsi and English

I am not in favor of mocking the English of Mohammad Morsi.  His obligation is to know Arabic, and he has excellent command of Arabic.  I was not pleased with that widely circulated clip by Bassem Youssef.  There is an air of classist elitism emanating from many Egyptian liberals and leftists and Arab nationalists in their rhetoric against the Ikhwan.  The Saudi king and his brother can't read a sentence of Arabic, for potato's sake.  Now that is scandalous.
