Latakia

Months ago, I received an offer from a Syrian in the Latakia region to serve as Angry Arab correspondent.  After a few exchanges, I agreed.  But I am yet to receive a report from him.  Every month or so, he sends me a one line email saying: I am your lazy correspondent in Latakia.  True story.
