International award for prostration before Saudi princes goes to a Lebanese diplomat

So the chargé d'affaires of the Lebanese embassy in Saudi Arabia said:
(And `Anuti said that as in Lebanon as in the Gulf there is freedom of expression).  He made those remarks in an interview with the mouthpiece of Prince Salman, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat.
