Human Rights Watch in Lebanon

The thing is that Human Rights Watch is NOT consistent.  They don't want Lebanon to deport wanted Syrians to Syria but they never have EVER criticized Lebanon when it deported Saudis back to Saudi Arabia, even when they faced beheadings there.  It is arguable that Western human rights organizations now often operate as part of the soft power branch of the US Empire.
