Zionism in the Washington Post

From Kris at CUNY:  "I don't usually read the Washington Post, but the lies and deception put forward in this editorial are very revealing. The editors trivialise Israeli settlements in the West Bank by (wrongly) claiming that they are confined "almost entirely to areas that both sides expect Israel to annex". They use the infamous Palestine Papers as evidence to argue that the Palestinians—via the corrupt and collaborationist PA—have happily conceded settlements around Jerusalem (!!!). Then we're given some crocodile tears about the civilians ("including many Palestinians") being killed in Syria before closing in brilliant fashion by blaming Abu Mazen's "intransigence" for the last four years of deadlock because he dares to (timidly) ask Israel for a settlement freeze!"
