"Israeli naval vessels opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats off the northern Gaza coast early on Thursday. Witnesses said that the fishermen did not exceed the six-mile limit imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities on Palestinian territorial waters. This limit was agreed upon in the truce which ended the Israeli war on Gaza in November."
