Israeli Convicted of killing two Palestinians (10 years later)

Mohammed sent me this:  "So while he killed these poor men in the late 90s... he was not arrested for 10 years after he later expanded his violence to Israelis. Is it even worth wondering whether he would have been arrested if his victims were only Arabs?"
