Hillary Clinton insults the Egyptian people

"And it’s hard. It’s hard going from decades under one-party or one-man rule, as somebody said, waking up from a political coma and understanding democracy."  Well, I would maintain that the US and not the Egyptian people was in a state of coma.  The US and not the Egyptian people were in denial about the true nature of the Sadat-Mubarak regime.  No, in fact they were not in denial: they knew full well what they were doing against the Egyptian people.
