best training grounds for Al-Qa`idah

Here is what is ironic about Western ostensible worries about Mali: they worry that it could become a training ground for Al-Qa`idah when such training grounds exist in Northern Syria, North Lebanon, Libya, among other places where Western governments are either present or supportive.
