As usual, the New York Times justifies car bombs in Syria

"The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which receives reports from a network of sources inside the country, reported that more than 50 people had been killed when a booby-trapped car exploded near the headquarters of a pro-government militia in the eastern suburbs of the northern city of Hama, where the Ismaili minority sect predominates." So it is OK because it exploded NEAR the target and most of the dead are Isma`ilis?   Can you imagine if the New York Times were to justify a car bomb by Hamas thus: and the car exploded NEAR an Israeli police station, in a suburb where the Jewish citizens of the state predominates?  Can you imagine?
