This is a long interview with Riyad At-Turk, who can be described as the real doyen of the Syrian opposition. Now, I don't like At-Turk and view him as one of those boring former leftists who later become a lousy right-winger who vomits vapid fake liberal pears of wisdom. But in this interview he has many negative things to say about the US role in Syria and blames US role to the "culture of the White Man" and talks about traces of Western colonial mentality in dealing with Syria.
