Aljazeera is carrying a claim by a pro-Saudi Syrian Islamist, Hatham Al-Malih (often wrongly identified in Western media as "liberal" despite graduating from the Muslim Brotherhood school of fanaticism and hypocrisy) that `Umar Sulayman had died in the Damascus bombing.  (thanks Joseph)
