Taliban and the Palestinians

It is always repugnant when I hear Al-Qa`idah speak about Palestine.  One of the reason that Arabs could not identify with Al-Qa`idah (which specializes in attacking civilians) is that it never lifted a finger to do anything for Palestine--not even sending a bag of rice.  Today, I read that Taliban spokesperson spoke about Gaza.  I was surprised: did not think that Taliban knew who the Palestinians are.  I did not think that they knew of a thing called map.
