On Turkish names

I have received plenty of feedback on the names of members of my family.  It was pointed out that:
Midhat is from an Arabic root madaha, to praise. But the name is Turkish in construction.
Mirvat: is from an Arabic root, muru'ah, chivalry.
Jingol is a Turkish name probably originally from Hindi.
