If this does not convince you that democracy in Syria is at hands nothing will, damn it

"Six Gulf states have recognised a new Syrian opposition coalition as the country's "legitimate representative"."  With that, I can now go to sleep knowing that democracy will soon spread in Syria.  I mean, if the sponsorship of the GCC states can't bring democracy to Syria, nothing will.  (thanks Adam)
