Human Rights Watch issues statements agianst the Syrian regime at the rate of one per hour: they are sleeping regarding Gaza

Don't wake HRW up.  They are always asleep when Israel is bombing and don't like to be disturbed lest they disturb their "pro-Israeli" supporters--as their director once called them in an internal memo.
