"The prize, the Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership, will not be awarded this year, just as it was not granted in 2009 or in 2010, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation announced in London on Monday."  Why not mention that Mo Ibrahim and his foundation were great admirers of the Bin Ali dictatorship.
